September 2020 – Auriens newsletter provides an update on the building works which are being completed by the Multiplex construction firm. They are currently working extended hours with all early and late work being only quiet, interior work. Based on progress they expect to complete the development in early 2021.

Kier Construction has published their Site Newsletter for November 2019 to provide an update on progress at the site on Dovehouse Street. Although construction had been stopped since August while some electrical work was happening, they now expect to re-start work in early December.
