2017
Following the sale of this site, the developer Auriens announced that it planned to develop it into a ‘world class extra care facility’. Auriens is represented by Cavendish Place Communications (Duncan Flynn) which (a) met with local residents’ associations to share draft plans, following discussions between the developer and Planning Officers at RBKC, and (b) held two public exhibitions in Chelsea Old Town Hall to provide details of the proposed scheme prior to any planning application, so that the views of local residents and other stakeholders could be obtained before plans were finalised.
It was expected that a planning application would be submitted in the first half of 2017 (this has now happened – see ‘news‘).
