Kier Construction has published their Site Newsletter for November 2019 to provide an update on progress at the site on Dovehouse Street. Although construction had been stopped since August while some electrical work was happening, they now expect to re-start work in early December.

May 2019 – Dartmouth Capital (the developer) has now finished all of the development and building works (the large scaffolding in Sydney Street and the other construction materials have been removed). The building includes eight apartments which are now for sale, and it is expected that the ground floor will include a retail shop.
