Planning Permission was granted at the fourth attempt in 2011 to redevelop this 1980s, four-storey, mixed retail/office building (opposite the Farmer’s Market) into residential flats on the upper floors with retail use retained on the ground floor.

We and The Chelsea Society had objected to earlier plans that included the addition of a fifth floor, increased bulk, and an unsympathetic design.
