2012 – The Marsden submitted a planning application to extend the existing 4th floor at the northeast corner of the hospital (facing the Fulham Road) and to add plant and machinery on the roof. We raised concerns about the appearance of this equipment on the roof and the noise from it that could affect residents living in Stewart’s Grove and on the west side of Sydney Street. As a result, the plant and machinery was held behind an acoustic screen painted matt grey.
